Motherhood is continuous, but sometimes it feels chronic. My soapbox is that understanding how to care for yourself is the most important thing you can do as a mom.

Mama has to keep her batteries charged if nurturing her family is to be a sustainable venture. A frazzled mind and frantic demeanor is not a part of motherhood that simply needs accepting and adjusting to. A mother’s brain should be clear, calm and confident.

I have a Master's Degree, but my hardest work is at home being mom. Fix Your Mom Brain is inpired by my personal experience as a mother and supported by my husband’s professional experience as a doctor. Self care is not a luxury, it's a requirement for a functional brain. Your brain matters.
